Designed a lean six sigma green belt certification program at VSU for students and area professionals


Design a service learning program in energy efficiency management of elderly and low income citizen’s houses in partnership with Rebuilding Together Petersburg and Dominion Power

Collaborated with Elderhomes and RAMPS for VSU students to design and build ramps for elderly citizens in Petersburg, VA

Guided a VSU student project of designing a website for the Harrowgate Elementary PTA  in Chester, VA

Serving as a Special Education Chair at Harrowgate Elementary School in Chester, VA

Visited Richmond area churches for students recruitment


Led a VSU team of students and staff to the Mitutoyo Company in Charlotte, NC for a hands-on quality vision systems training.

Collaborated with JTCC for the design of a joint green technology curriculum
